When we talking about Gender equality found the name of Billi jean king is strong stunning advocacy of it. As you know she was a tennis legend, pioneer of women’s.

She is an amazing woman who succeeds in a male dominating environment. Her story continues to inspire others to turn their view into a life-changing reality. we all want to be so much more than what we are now.

Most of you know at the age of 11 she switches softball to tennis. King campaigned for equal prize money in the men’s and women’s games. The great lesson she taught us.

#1 –  Invest your time to Know your own “why”.

#2 – Get to work – every day. …No wasted days, no wasted time.

#3 – She demanded that diversity/equality

be practiced, and modeled, fully.

#4- Teaching inner-city kids the elements of a strong backhand.

#5- Presser is an advantage. It is what you do with it that matters.

It only comes to those who earn it.

#6. Try everything and always stay alert,

take advantage of every outcome.

#7 Take a lesson from what are you doing well and

apply in your daily life.

Five decades ago It is a very hard task to the advocacy of gender equality. When you crush people either by gender, by race, by sexual orientation, when you do that and the doors become open, they will fly yawning and they will come and they have.

No matter how tough, no matter what kind of outside pressure, no matter how many bad breaks along the way, I must keep my sights on the final goal, to win, win, win-and with more love and passion than the world has ever witnessed in any performance.

She always verbalizes sports teach you character, it teaches you to play by the rules, it teaches you to know what it feels like to win and lose-it teaches you about life. I think self-awareness is probably the most important thing about being prizewinning.

I think it resonates very much with many of us. It is time to follow the leader what they are doing start doing the same thing again and again.
